Ludwig Von Beethoven was born in Bonn. He was baptized in a Roman Catholic service on 17 December 1770, and was probably born the previous day, 16 December. Today, I honor his beautiful music. I was listening repeatedly to his "Moonlight Sonata" as I was working and it enlightened my mind.

'She's Pregnant'

Monday

I woke up this morning and headed over to Downtown Oakland to meet my 10AM appointment at the Bay Area Sperm Bank. I was informed (approximately two weeks ago) that a woman was impregnated. And I am the surrogate father! I am excited--but from what they tell me...the lady is "really" excited, too.

I got a smog check and my car passed with flying colors. Hurrah!

I decided not to meet Erika Hurst after all. Instead, I went to mom's house and porked out on more of her delicious M&M cookies. Then, I napped.

By 6:30PM I decided I would go for an evening drive to the HMS Club in San Jose. It is a gay/mixed club I had heard about that plays great music. It was okay. I found it a bit dull--at first--but I was determined to have an A-OK time. I met an old guy (Jim, I think) who happened to be a dentist. The list goes on as I met a guy named David, an unknown guy that I forget at the moment, a guy named Phillip Raymond and his friend, Ken. Ken was from Fremont, CA.

I was on vacation, remember? I got to know Phillip Raymond a lot better. No, I did not feel good in the morning. I had two madras, three Budweisers and 'Phil Raymond'. Phil sort of had his own Business called COMPUTER PRO (computer programming). He is twenty-five years old (like me). He gave me his business card but my intentions with regard to him are limited.
