I joked around with Bobbie today. She makes me laugh. Too bad her last day in the office is just around the corner (November 15th). I think she is regretting it a bit (especially when I told her that the company retro activated from August 1, 1984 the Pacific Bell payment of 100 percent of an employee's college books and tuition for any continuing education).

I telephoned Paloma on my afternoon break today. She may help me on Saturday to get made up as a "pirate" for Halloween. It's not a sure thing but I think it might work out. Paloma plans to dress all in black as a sexy warrior girl with a golden sword. I plan to keep my hair long right now so that I can be a realistic looking pirate.

Helen prepared dinner again tonight. We discussed the likelihood of her moving into her Oakland condominium this coming Saturday. She has been a pretty good roommate. I would say we have made an "okay" team. Still...it will be nice to have my "anything goes" privacy back again.

When I telephoned Karyn Kossoff (after my bike ride) tonight we laughed together. We made a possible date for tomorrow night. We talked about seeing a flick but I think I may end up cancelling.
