"Telling Lies Out of School"
I spoke to a notable doctor known as 'The Naked Scientist' while in Cambridge, England last month, June 2009. He told me of a researcher he knew that was focusing on a study for improving our well-being.
She told him, "Each night before bedtime I take my notebook and write THREE good things that I did on the given day. W hen I did this similar study with others I found that each person improved their well-being and individual feelings."
My advice for you today is to buy a notebook. And, of course, each night simply write three GOOD things you did today. You will feel better. I have already begun and it makes for a better night of sleep, too.

I ended up buying two raffle tickets today. This is what happens. I sell a few Baby Pageant tickets and they all come from the woodwork, wanting me to buy their tickets. I bought from Barbara Pauley and Andra Wicks. Oh well, it all evens out in the end.

To my disappointment I learned that my current balance on my preferred VISA is now $940. How did that happen? I am definitely playing it cool until my bills are paid.
After the Sperm Bank visit today I headed home and ate some lasagna. I rearranged my pad a bit and did a lot of cleaning up at the ‘3348 Solomon Lane’ townhouse. It was time to give Chris a call.
“I’m moved-in,” I said with a sigh of relief.
We had a good chat. I think I will take his car in to the MOBIL Service Station and have his flat tire fixed.

I helped my brother, John, move his refrigerator, washer and dryer in to his new pad. After that workout I came home to shower and lounge. I waited for ‘Dark Shadows’ to start, watching it as I wrapped Salima’s Birthday gift and Chris’ Surprise gift.
